Kakuzu with mid difficulty can kill Sasuke IMO.
If Sasuke uses Amaterasu Kakuzu would just use his earth release to strengthen his skin and let the four hearts out of his body, even if the earth heart dies from Amaterasu, there would be 4 hearts chasing after Sasuke and using combo attacks like fire+wind, I doubt Sasuke would survive.
Don't forget that it took Kakashi, Choji, Ino, Shikamaru (Planner, with his plan he tricked Hidan letting him kill one of Kakuzu's hearts), Naruto and Yamato (to counter the fire+wind combo), and finally Naruto to defeat Kakuzu, I don't think Sasuke alone would be able to defeat someone like him, also remember that Kakuzu's battle experience > Sasuke's.

Here's what I see happening....
Kakuzu releases the hearts. Don't act like it doesn't take time for Sasuke to prepare Amaterasu, either. He's half blind already, so he does 1 of two things. Takes his time preparing Amaterasu while trying to dodge 4 wide-scale elemental attacks, and Kakuzu's excellent ability to snare his opponent, and while also accounting for hand-to-hand combat, which is a toss up I guess. So, with the 4 hearts out and Kakuzu on the run, there's nothing to stop him from just dominating Sasuke.

amaretsu & chidori esiou get the job done pretty quick tho kakazu is a beast with 5 lives
Esiou has the ability to become multiple blades 1 stab = 5 deaths
