If it's out of story, Kabuto slaps Sasuke like a little girl. In story, Sasuke due to plot.

Even if it's only DSM Kabuto he'd still beat Sasuke.

He has counters for everything you just listed and more.

Kirin ---> Improved perceptual abilities allow Kabuto to dodge it easily, like he did with Susano'o arrows, and his amazing sensing skills can tell him it's coming before he even see's it

Amaterasu ---> Oral rebirth, no lack of chakra, he can do this longer than Sasuke can Amaterasu.

Susano'o ---> White rage forced him to drop his Susano'o. Sound genjutsu, Muki tensei from below, I could go on.

He cannot do this longer than sasuke, all sasuke has to do is hit the environment amateretsu or kirin and destroy all that stuff in a flat area no energy extra energy around when amatertsu hits anything in its sight its over....alos kirin is HUGE he can't dodge it and it goes the speed of LIGHTNING

Between liquification and being able to shed his way out of everything including ameterasu, sasuke can't really do anything to kabuto. Besides sasuke's already needed to be rescued from him several times.

Actually we're likely to see this fight in the future manga chapters. I'd like to see both go all out before deciding though.

Kabuto wins with high difficulty in a neutral location. In the cave though, Kabuto will win with mid difficulty. I'm being somewhat generous to Kabuto though.
