Sasuke vs. Jiraiya

Sasuke will beat jiraiya, jiraiya summons will be used against him bcuz sasuke can control summons or sasuke will one shot them with amaterasu/ susanoo arrows. (sasuke controlled manda). It took the fastest ninja in the narutoverse( A ) to barely excape amaterasu jiraiya is no where near fast as raikage and hasn't shown the speed like A or the almighty minato to excape amaterasu let alone kirin. Keep dreaming jiraiya will own sasuke.

Jiraiya is strong, but with the techs that Sasuke has now: Susano'o, Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu, Kirin. All of those techniques are mostly fast and hard to avoid. Jiraiya never showed us a huge amount of speed. And most of his techniques are mid to short range. If Sasuke hit him with Kirin, he would lose...

It amazing how much people hate sasuke and don't want to accept the fact that sasuke is stronger than jiraiya.

I hate him too, trust me, there is no abyss that can hold my unquenchable hate for him. But even I have to accept that he has surpassed one of my favorite characters :shrug:

Jiraiya wins no doubt. Jiraiya is way to smart, experienced and strong to lose to sasuke sasuke is to stupid to control summons with his sharingan so he will get beaten hard time. BAM!:flaw: sasuke isn't that strong it's only thanks to susanoo that he still lives but he'll be defeated

Good thing he has susanoo isn't it. Susanoo is a part of his abilities and sasuke was in a weakened state when he controlled manda. None of jiraiya's jutsu is capable of bringing susanoo down and sasuke can only go down if susanoo goes down.

Sasuke won't be able to do anything if he can't move and is being sucked under a lake of oil inside Susano'o...Then Jiraiya can just ignite the entire swamp with fire and let it burn til Sasuke's chakra is gone and Susano'o wears off.

Sasuke will summon a hawk and start raining down susanoo arrows, fire ball jutsu, amaterasu, chidori senbon on jiraiya. Jiraiya wouldn't get a chance to use that jutsu. Jiraiya will be busy trying excaping susanoo arrows and amaterasu which he can't defend against moreover we've seen sasuke partial susanoo defend against mizukage larva jutsu so thats not enough to scratch a susanoo, even her acid mist jutsu couldn't melt susanoo's bones completely sasuke will swim his way out using susanoo.Susano'o vs Swamp of the Underworld :flaw:

first sasuke isn´t that fast. second the swamp isn't about destroying susanoo but wearing sasuke chakra down untill sasuke hasn't enough for susanoo.
and if ur story was true then this would happen jiraiya summons Gamaken who will use his shield ( arrows has only been told that they go true wood summon easy but no steel) fire ball and amataresu trows away the shield jiraiya uses rasengan (wich is stronger then chidori) bam sasuke wouldn't stand a change.

I think even if Gamuken uses his shield, it would still hurt him, it's a huge arrow heading for you extremely fast, it would hurt and possible desummon him. And as for the whole Amaterasu part, Sasuke wouldn't let Jiraiya get that close, he would stay back a ways, and then when he came closer, he would just use chidori blade or some other technique to force him out again

Honestly, Jiraiya would win this. I'm unsure whether any of his attacks can pierce the Susano'o, but I'm pretty sure he has something that can waste the shield. Even if he doesn't, Jiraiya would easily outlast Sasuke. The Susano'o, Sasuke's only truly reliable defense against Jiraiya's vast array of lethal techiques, not only drains chakra like a bitch, it leaves the user in agony. Sage Mode actually reduces the amount of (human) chakra used per technique, compared with the result.
Jiraiya has been around long enough to know how to avoid Tsuskuyomi,which Sasuke is vastly inferior with compared to Itachi, and both Amaterasu and the chakra arrows require some chakra-buildup before use, enabling Jiraiya to dodge them.
If Sasuke tries to take on the pervert in taijutsu, he just loses. You can't block what you can't see, and the Kawazu Kumite is invisible to the Sharingan, which Sasuke relies heavily on.
The "Frog Song" genjutsu is interesting. In my view, it would go through the Tsukuyomi, leaving Sasuke paralysed until the constant chakra drain finished him off. The Frog Song is auditory, and as Sasuke can hear things through the Susano'o, he's vulnerable.
Are there any counterarguments to my POV?
