Definitely Jiraiya, but the environment would be important too if it was the Pain scene he could use Sage Art: Goemon (bath of boiling oil) or oil fireball, Pa can use high pressure water beams and ma poison tongue , so much jutsus, and ofcourse Massive Rasengan that pwns!!!

danzo and madara said that sasuke's genjutsu is considerably weaker than itachi's so jman can break his genjutsu .plus ma and pa can help him break it like what chiyo and sakura did for naruto

i think that j-man would lose on that one ,sasuke may not have that much experience but he is a genius , he can over come alot of obstical just like he did with deidaras technics

deidara is not even close to level of j-man.itachi totally ownd deidara with just genjutsu and itachi and kisame decided to run so they wouldn't have to face j-man in battle.if any of u think that sasuke can beat j-man, u serious need to watch naruto from the beginning.take the advice.

I think it might be a draw. At least at first. When Jiraiya goes into sage mode with ma and pa he doesn't get tired so in the end i think he would win. Sasuke' s attacks are powerful but take up a lot of chakra.

for those who are thinking Sasuke.... go back to post Shippuden. Itachi and Kisame are looking for naruto. Itachi tells Kisame, if he and Jiraiya fight one of them wolld die.

fast forward to Shippuden, when they finally see Sasuke. Sasuke tells Naruto he nor Orochimaru are strong enough to defeat Itachi.

So the J+I-I/I-(S+O)= Jaraiya wins

Couple things to keep in mind
1. Sasuke does NOT have Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
2. Sasuke's eyes are perfectly fine, he is not losing his vision, and he has complete version of Susanoo.
3. Jiraiya does have Sage Mode, and he can summon Ma and Pa, and all the other toads.
4. Sasuke does not have the curse seal.

Who will win?

jiraya of course since he has more experience and more techniques up his sleeve and since sausuke doent know how to use susano to its full extent like that of itachi more over its a blindspot in case of jiraya since we dont know, he might posses greater jutsu in sage mode with ma and poo:shrug:

here's why:
1. considering their deadliest jutsus...jiraiya's sage mode will outlast sasuke's complete susanoo form and kirin.
2. jiraiya will surely anticipate amaterasu...wont get hit
3. jiraiya's frog gentjutsu is deadliest...sasuke's MS ...jiraiya knows this too..

...so....your question is answered by "experience"...

jiraiya will own sasuke anytime because jiraiya knows sasuke's jutsus.
...sasuke will in no way know what will hit him.

He just needed something to awaken it deep inside him, the anger..the drive. Madara knew that Sasuke had something all along.

The only Uchiha to attain M.S without having to kill and i quote by Sasuke "I'll surpass you in my own way" referring to Uchiha Itachi.

If what the story is showing to be evident. It's that Sasuke, is the only Uchiha member thus far..to attain M.S without having to kill anyone (let alone the closest person to him)

oh and jman wins, without a doubt. He would mop the floor with kakashi, do the dishes with itachi, and sht in sasuke's mouth while on break from his chores. I believe the only reason jman died against pein is because kishi has a lil obsession over teachers getting killed by their students. Sasuke said that his power paled in comparison to oro, and only won because he was sick. oro=jman as far as i'm concerned.

compared to jman's exp, Sasuke's MS wouldnt even be a negligible upgrade for him.

Yeah, he isn't strong enough without his EMS, and i'm not sure even with his EMS, depending on the ability
