no Sasuke would only be able to hit Jiraiya as gently as you touch yourself at night.Ha ha ha...what is this nonsense thread...
Jiraya has been insulted by comparing with sasuke...
sasuke will be brutally killed by jiraya in sage form...

I am in no way a Sasuke fan or Jiraiya hater. I am stating what I believe would happen.
Jiraiya has no way to break Susanoo or escape Tsukuyomi. Susanoo drains Sasuke quickly but we have seen at the summit and with Danzo that he can sustain it long enough to battle.

Sasuke would use Susanoo. He would try to hit Jiraiya with it(with the fist, not arrow) but Jiraiya would dodge. Sasuke would use Tsukoyomi or Amaterasu on Jiraiya which might kill him or make him lose. Jiraiya would be sniped by the Susanoo.
I'm not saying this WILL happen, just how I imagine it

????? It is a versus thread, I didn't say he would win, I actually hate sasuke. But I was unbiased. And as for the stronger thing he probably lied to make it so they didn't fight. He still liked Konoha, and he didn't want to kill any ninja if necessary. Even notice how even with ninja he could have taken out easily, he didn't. Ex: Kurenai, Asuma, etc.

i love it how people jus put their own interpretations...itachi said j-man was stronger...stop assuming things, plus where was itachi's finger genjutsu in the hotel? ...they he hit d runner
..kurenai is useless like all d oda female ninjas in konoha, asuma seemed to have been over-hyped (his last battle)

Even though it is an assumption, it has a lot of merit, but thanks for being a ****. And it's not like a master in taijutsu like itachi would be fooled by a slow ninja ducking under his kunai, it would have been easy as pie for him to kill her. But he loved Konoha, and so he didn't want to kill the Konoha ninja. I am sure that if he wanted to, him and kisame could have wrecked all the other ninja there, hands down. Because Kisame is near equal with Bee, and Itachi is as good as Jiraiya.
its a baseless assumption...plus ur making up bs to prove against something a character have said.
ok, itachi is a master at taijutsu, jiraiyas a master in frog kata, i think jraiya has the upper hand.
where u geting slow from? chek jiraiya vs pain again..if anyones slow its itachi..his a static fighter. he couldn even if he wanted to.
kisame's strength is his weakness...physical attacks and taijutsu pawns kisame...his not as strong as he is hyped up to be without absorbing opponents chakra..plus if jiraiya goes into sm, and kisame absorbs that chakra..he turns into a statue,
jiraiya > itachi, therefore jiraiya >>suske

I;m not arguing this with you, but I am not arguing with the fact that Jiraiya is better than Sasuke. But Itachi vs Jiraiya, Itachi will most likely win. He has Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi, Susano'o, Yasaska's Magatama, and with Susano'o comes the Sword of Totsuka and the Yata Mirror. Jiraiya has his toads, and sage mode, but please don't tell me when they start fighting and they don't get killed right away, that when Itachi pulls out Susano'o the toads will get through it. Because they would get sealed, along with Jiraiya. I'm sorry. But with all the epic techniques that he has, Jiraiya would get overpowered. Because eventually he has to take the offensive, because Itachi has long range techniques also. And most of Jiraiya's techniques require you to get up close and personal.
i have no interest in debating over jiraiya vs itachi either...jus syain itachi would have had his reason for saying what he did..other than being fond of konoha/jiraiya thats all
as far as this thread goes..i guess we can both agree jiraiya > suske
