The question should be if jiraiya can escape amaterasu? It took the fastest ninja(A) to escape it (he barely escaped it) jiraiya is no where near raikage speed moreover sasuke can control amaterasu and isn't losing his sight so he will spam it the way he likes and he has kirin. Sasuke grand fire ball jutsu = oedama rasengan, chidori=rasengan, kirin>chou odema rasengan. so i say sasuke will win.

Jiraiya because I bet he battle a few Uchiha back so he's got experience but sasuke does not know how sage mode works, so jiraya would definitly win.

Couple things to keep in mind
1. Sasuke does NOT have Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
2. Sasuke's eyes are perfectly fine, he is not losing his vision, and he has complete version of Susanoo.
3. Jiraiya does have Sage Mode, and he can summon Ma and Pa, and all the other toads.
4. Sasuke does not have the curse seal.

Who will win?

:shrug: Its a close call i would go with Jiraiya, he more experience shinobi plus Ma & Pa will definitely make the difference in the fight.:shrug:

that´s too the reason why sasuke wins, he just uses amaterasu or susano´o in the start, jiraya never opens his fight with SM
