MS Itachi admitted to not being able to fight Jiraya, so I don't think MS Sasuke could. However, EMS Sasuke is of unknown power atm, so I wouldn't be able to tell. Also, remember that Jiraya had already studied the Amaterasu, so he might already have had a strategy in how to approach it; and, Tsukiyomi can be counted by not looking into the person's eyes like Guy said (Jiraya has the experience to fight like that). Plus, as Bee said, if he has a partner, he won't fall into genjutsu, which he has the frogs. The only thing he'd have going for him would be Susano'o. But, how long could he keep that up against Jiraya. Just think, summoning the Eso****us of the giant frog.

battle experiences always counts young man...many people overrate amaterasu...the only problem that J-man might have is susanoo...the only question is...how long can sasuke sustain the usage of it?

The fact that J-man has sage mode, it means his chakra resource is almost limitless as well...and don't forget in naruto world - the amount of chakra a character has is more important than the amount of technique that they have...

Seriously, what can you do with a badass technique if you can only use it once or twice? and never sustain it?

Sasuke should win this. As much as i like Jiraiya i just think Sasuke has surpassed him by now. Sasuke can use any of ms abilities without any strain on his eyes and i just don't see how Jiraiya can dodge amaterasu. He's not as fast as the raikage or naruto even with sage mode. Plus Sasuke always has his susanoo as his trump card.

Ok, but we don't even know if Itachi's sword can penetrate Sasuke's susanoo. Also Sasuke can use his susanoo much longer than Itachi can use his because he no longer carries the risk of going blind while Itachi does. Sasuke also has a higher form of amaterasu than Itachi does in his blaze release(enton).
