Sasuke. even if Ama doesn't work on Gaara, he still has Tsukuyomi (weaker then Itachi's but still strong) and Susanoo. We have no indication on Gaara's abilities in genjutsu and Susanoo's a better defense then his Sand and better offensivly as well. I'm seeing Sasuke winning this battle with relitive difficulty.
