Tsukyomi will only work if he comes into eye contact.
Susanoo cannot reach Gaara even with the arrows(at his distance he could easily dodge the arrows,or put up alot of sand to block it.)

And if Sasuke uses susanoo Gaara knowing he cannot destroy it will bury it 100 feet under the sand just like with Kimimaru.Susanoo will protect him for a while down there but it will wear off and Sasuke will suffocate or get crushed by sand burial.

that wasnt 100 feet not even 50 it was at much 30 andit would take lots of sant and the bridge is made of cement wich yes has sand but its more stone than sand when his done turning it into sand hw will already have susanoos arrow through his heart

Kirin, or some other lightning technique. Earth is weak against lightning. Also sand turns to glass upon being melted by fire so Sasuke could just use his fire jutsu to do that. And if Gaara isn't in the air then Sasuke could use his Susanoo against him, Gaara's sand can't keep blocking Susanoo arrows indefinitely and I don't think his sand is strong enough to break Sasuke's Susanoo if a building falling on it couldn't break into it.
