If Sasuke doesn't have MS I must go with Darui. He is a extreamly underestimated shinobi, and i think he would win a fight with Sasuke(without MS). Daruis's got Black Lightning, and it's actualy very strong.

He isnt normal, he still has fire element, aim, speed and kenjutsu.
