maybe it has something to do with the partnership of bee and the hachibi
they call be the "Perfect Jinchuuriki"
the hachibi seems to somehow like bee,so maybe uchiha can only control those biju which arent in harmony with their jinchuurikis

0ne reason because 8 tails is tamed unlike the 9 tails....so in the future that might play a big role on why the 9 tails might become friends with naruto so madara or sasuke don't surpass it.....

And to the thread, Yeah its beceause Bee and the Hachibi have the bond that Naruto and the Kyuubi didn't.

Sharingan was meant to tame the kyuubi only apparently, Not like it would help either, he supresses the 8 tails and he's back to being sliced and diced by normal Killer Bee, then Bee would bring out the 8tails again
