It depends, if its sasuke when he fought the raikage, he would have lost. If its sasuke that fought danzou, he would have won.

It would have ended in a draw. Sasuke and the Raikage would have died. Thats how I see it a draw. The raikage was simply upset over KB being missing so he wasn't thinking...now the dummy can't make anymore seals...If he has both hands and focused I see him still winning against Sasuke with some injuries.
