2nd mizukage >>>sasuke. for one the clam genjutsu is no ordinary genjutsu nor is it a visual one. its a mist creating mirages of the clam and the mizukage. the real clam is hidden somewhere else. mizukage already told the alliance how to beat him and it wasnt "shoot me full of raiton".
