Sasuke views Gokage as a threat?

They represent the old system and Sasuke ain't having that, same for the bijuu/Naruto; they pose a threat to Sasuke's new system.

Nope, only the most influential people. If you shut down an organization, you dismember only the leaders, you go easy on the followers

So he doesn't want to take any chances, and thus will kill the Gokage..... Only issue is, that isn't a smart decision either..

So basically the Gokage aren't the only ones he gonna kill. He specifically stated anyone who gets in his way.
ANd even if he takes care of people now... over the time there will be Naruto Uzumaki sympathizers who will try to put down Sasuke (you don't have to beat him in a 1 vs 1 fight).

His big issue isn't that hes going to kill the Gokage..... His big issue is that hes going to kill the savior aka Naruto Uzumaki.

Thats the whole point. Sasuke doesn't want kages in the first place so if he does succeed there wont be multiple kages just 1 ruler.

So it's the same wat maddy wanted, or kaguya...y killed them he should have joined them
