He did train! He trained to learn the thousand bird tech (Chidori) that's about it.. an he did that off panel. (Just a quick show of two burst)
Everything else he learned off panel or it got handed to him.

Orochimaru: off panel training. I was happy to see the guy so I look pass the no training panels/scenes.

Godtachi: Gave him Amaterasu.

Obito gave him the eyes of his brother. No training needed. (Obito didn't see where he got that hawk from an neither did anyone else)

Kabuto/Hashirama gave him more power or jutsu through transfer.

Hogo gave him the seal to seal Kaguya.

For a main character of the show... In shippuden he didn't get the screen time needed in my opinion. So like i said & his fans will never admit that he didn't get the screen time he needed for the tech's he has.
Everyone of his fans I talk to offline says differently but they can't show any panels or show me any anime scenes where he is training except for Kakashi's Chidori an him using nagashi in Orochimaru's rape cave. That's not enpugh for all the tech's the guy has that we don't see him train for.

The social Naruto warrior's will bash an insult but won't show you scans or scenes of him training other than the two I mentioned.

Then Mastered the Sharingan and CM. Then with MS-Current, he learned how to use his power/techniques near fully through battle, with only training with EMS outside before going into the War.

MS - Amaterasu through the KB fight. Susano'o through the Kage Summit Arc, especially during the Danzo fight.

EMS - tested it out/learned how to use it from using it on Zetsu in the hideout, trained outside, tested it out/learned how to use it on a group of Zetsu then through his battles against Kabuto, Obito, and Madara.

Rinnegan - Teleportation Technique through the battles against Madara and Kaguya, Chibaku Tensei - learned the Hand Seals from seeing Madara use it, got the feel of it from sealing Kaguya with Naruto, and got the idea of using the the target as the cores from hearing Black Zetsu mention how the Sage did it with the Juubi's body, and learned of Preta Path from seeing both Madara, and Kaguya absorb his Amaterasu.

Futhermore, Kagutsuchi is shape manipulation, Sasuke has Fire manipulation on top of Lightning manipulation.

Also, during the War, in battle Sasuke was able to adapt his Amaterasu too Naruto's Rasengan in seconds while running, for the first time without ever having used a Rasengan before.

Before the MS and EMS, everything Sasuke got was something he earned through hard work and practice. Even with his MS he went through a lot of pain and fought against a few kage and a jinchuuriki, which I would consider a good amount of practice and experience. It was only after the EMS that it felt like he was starting to get powers for no reason. Even still, I never felt likely Sasuke got any of his powers without working for them.
