The only people that "caught," Obito slipping is minato and Kakashi by using Obito's power against him w/Naruto, bee, and Gai as support.

Not even a Rikudou Madara caught Obito slipping, he phased through him and absorbed his chakra while using chakra removal (Human path) to pull out Ichibi and Hachibi's chakra.

I'd imagine the fight would be something like minato's, except sasuke throws his sword at obito and charges at him. The sword goes through obito but just after he becomes tangible and just before obito makes contact with sasuke, he will bisect him from behind. From anywhere actually since sasuke doesn't even need a marker for his s/t jutsu.

Amaterasu or Enton makes Edos unable to fight after they get hit by it. Just like Nagato couldn't fight after he got hit by Amaterasu and had to remove it.

obito can't use rinnagan abilitys and the edo's. they are called chakra rods. Sasuke could would be able to see the chakra build up in them and know to remove them. He is one of the smartest in the manga.
and hes gonna do it better than naruto considering he can't be touched

Scenario clearly states he has edos, this edos are already up and running ( no chakra build ups) he cant turn them on/off.

His S/T range isnt that great, from longer range obito can deploys many TBBs.
In fact Obito can relocate pretty far with all edos then use bijuus like artillery.

Worst of all for sasuke is lack of sensing, obito can always strike from behind w/o sasuke knowing.
