well there isnt rule that says that he couldnt use ms since he is an uchiha avatar and he could just kill his best freind but ems he would have to killan uchiha whos his brother as far as the thunder god jutsu he could be taught it but we`d need to get confermation that minato taught it to him we should have a mo for this area someone apply under the mod position and ask to be the mod for the battle arena. copy this an add it to the new thread make sur to leave out the mod part
