Sorry dude. No chance. Can't just bring back the dead like that. It would make Naruto as cheap as DBZ. Without the consequence of death, the show would lose it's punch. I think they only just got away with the Pain thing, and a part of me still doesn't like the fact that those who died,just came back. Takes away the impact of death if you think they can just come back.
Sasuke will not come back to the leaf. It's over for Sasuke as far as becoming an allie is concerned. He just can't undo his crimes.

When you are brought back with Edo Tensei, the person has no idea how long he/she was dead for. May have thought He only died a second ago.
For now we do not know what Madara meant by that so we can't jump to any assumptions. Sorry dude, but what he said may have no meaning of relevence until we're told otherwise.
