So where did Itachi hold back?

Everywhere? First off he was deathly ill which os forced holding back.

Obito implied itachi let sasuke break tsuk.
Itachi clearly held back with amaterasu.
Itachi could've used magatama to kill sasuke then take his eyes, but disnt.
Itachi pretended he was sooo exhausted when he thought sasuke was bluffing about kirin, yet he had more than enough chakra and prowess to 10second orochimaru? Even suigetsu admitted oro would fk up sasuke if he was in a better shape, yet itachi 10seconded oro in his strongest form because he didn't give a f about him.
Itachi had a susano'o up yet alk he did was stand around and slowly walk up to sasuke.
Itachi used kage bushin once in that entire fight. In the katon battle a clone could've easily come from the sides and killed sasuke while he was distracted. Itachi already made a clone in another situation when his hands were occupied.
Itachi held back so many times its ridiculous. The only times he didn't hold back was in situations he knew sasuke wouldn't die in; like when he blitzed sasuke to put him in tsukuyomi. Could've stabbed him instead and just take his eyes from his dying body.
