Cos rite now OBITO has only 1 RINNEGAN and he'll lose it when he perform RINNEI TENSEI to bring back MADARA so he have to get new eyes and it would be Sasuke's RINNEGAN!

No he'll die not just lose an eye....

Obito doesn't care about sasuke anymore..as we have seen obito doesn't want to sacrifice himself to revive madara so he was going to use sasuke for that..sasuke was just a pawn for obito to gather the tailed beasts U_U
