Both of them can kill anyone but:
Rasenshurinken is much slower and it is close range(depends on Naruto to hit the enemy)
Also rasenshurinken requires naruto to be at sage mode

Sasuke can go Susanoo mode in a few Millie-seconds and it's a long range attack

So I go with Susanoo's Arrow!!

Do you see how big it is? no matter what part of your body that hits, Critical damage......+ his ems version has all his arrows covered in amaterasu....So no matter if you get hit in your leg, you're dead.....not to mention he can use more , at the same speed



Susanno arrow is a 1 hit kill for most ninja.....If said its impossible to doge, and danzo said no time to make handseals, only ninjas like A,minato,itachi(susanno) ,tobi , naruto , can dodge it,
