Chunin exam Sasuke can easily match Lee's weightless and early gated speed (1&2 gates). Lee starts his fights with weights on and even then it takes time to open the gates, which offers Sasuke a window of opportunity to blitz with chidori. The curse mark gives him an additional speed boost and durability (Sasuke got catapulted into a wall by one tailed Naruto and didn't feel a thing from it). It would be interesting to see how durable CS2 wings would be considering Sasuke's part 2 feats with them.

I really wish part 1 Sasuke had an offensive genjutsu feat so I could just say genjutsu gg :elmo: Lee is a one trick pony who should easily get solo'd by a semi-decent genjutsu. Kin would probably beat Lee if she got the first attack in on him since he wouldn't be able to dispel the move.

You said strongest part 1 thou. 5th gate is faster and stronger than sasuke. the only way he could win if lee was already in the 5th gate would be to outlast in cs2 long enough until lee runs out of energy like he did against gaara's armour sand. however, I don't know how durable that seal is aside from tanking KN1 chakra arm.

edit: I guess cs2 and KN0 could outlast lee gates.

The difference in that fight was sasuke was gunna try to kill naruto while naruto was beating sasuke up, if he pulled out a kunai while he was beating the piss out of sasuke at the beginning it would be gg, btw naruto has comprehension of all things thanks to RSM aka he's smarter then anyone can be

Nope, he could've killed Naruto by stabbing him in the heart, but he didn't do so. He also could've killed Naruto after the fight or stab him in their last clash, but instead he clenched his fist to not pierce him. He won because he was the stronger one in part one.

Both could've killed the other with Naruto only wanting to prove a point in the end by directly going for Sasuke's headband while sasuke went in for the win with Sasuke needing to walk away to advance the plot.

Eye powers are just a tool, how well they're used is down to the user.

Sasuke's usage of the cursed seal required a great deal of talent. He was capable of controlling the seal without losing himself, (something the original source of the cursed seal wasn't capable of) in addition to partial transformations, using his wings in a novel way vs Deidara, etc.

8 year old Sasuke learnt an elemental jutsu on his own for crying out loud. He's a genius, deal with it.

When did I say this?

It's true though, Sasuke's rinnegan is just a tool and a tool requires experience+skill to be fully mastered. Hagoromo mentioned how impressive solo glance was because of how quickly Sasuke could use his powers so masterfully. Kurama mentioned that as a new rinnegan user, Sasuke wouldn't be able to use two rinnegan techniques at once.

Here's the formula for how Naruto uses his RSM powers:

Naruto: Bijuu x, give me chakra, advice on the opponent, give me one of your jutsus.

It's completely different for Sasuke who needs to master his powers as opposes to just asking for a loan.
