[Discussion] Sasuke still have feelings for sakura

He only genjutsu her and didn't actually kill her.
He specifically said "you are an annoyance" right before he casted genjutsu.
What he showed her in genjutsu was him attacking her which will make her think he really does not have any feelings for her.

Basically he actually cares about sakura and he knows he will walking a harsh path and he does not want sakura to follow him. He likes sakura but he does not want her to repeatedly go after her and get hurt.

Since he is playing the bad guy, he has to act evil and all which is why he told everyone that he does not care about sakura. He can't say "i like her" in front of them right after saying " i want to kill the kages" .
Basically, he does not want to show any soft side.

I wouldn't say Sasuke was in love with Sakura that would be stretching it too far but I would say that he is touched by her continuing feelings and still views her as a friend and I think there is a touch of nostalgia to. He sees the past when they where friends.

I agree, this was all pretty clear. The people who read Sasuke's expression as nothing more than an "evil smirk" probably don't have a strong grasp on Kishi's style of art/storytelling.

I don't think it was a smile for one, it was an evil smirk. Sasuke was trying to break her attachment with him. He even stated that he doesn't know what's so good about him. In reality Sasuke trying to make Sakura see him as a bad guy would actually be a kindness seeing what his agenda is, she could finally see him as a bad person and stop torturing herself over him.

He even said that her feelings are a thing of the past now.

Seeing how Naruto is going to turn his hatred into love, after this fight Sasuke is gonna feel like a real arse over what he has done.

Well, he is definitely afraid of Sakura Well, seriously, it's the battle of junior titans so let's be honest, though Sakura has become much stronger, but she isn't completely even to them as far as Kishimoto portrays her.
I wouldn't say it's an evil smirk, his microexpression still gives out some nostalgia...slight sadness perhaps. But it's clear that Sasuke isn't totally indifferent to her.
