Sasuke should have waited to fight naruto

If Sasuke would have waited, we would have had to track down all the tailed beasts which would have drawn attention and killed off all the Kages which would have drawn even more attention. When he started killing off tailed beasts, there's a chance that naruto would be the host for more tailed beast (a stretch here I know, but possible) and gotten even stronger. It basically would have meant that Sasuke would be the new target for the Allied Shinobi force and while he is one of the strongest characters in NV, he would not have won vs. Naruto and everyone else. To your point, I think he might have had a better chance of winning 1v1 against naruto after some time training but i doubt he would have got the chance.

You really think naruto and the ninja alliance is better than naruto fighting by himself. Sorry but the ninja alliance would of just got in naruto way, kakashi and gai and bee were the only useful and credible ninja who contributed to winning the war and they lost their abilities after the war. Naruto and fodder won't beat sasuke.

I really don't understand why you would think sasuke would have a problem destroying every sand,mist or stone ninja and their kage together

They would of died ... pre rinnegan was equal to hardly enough chakra Naruto.

It's actually fair ... I've never pieced the two together until now.

Sasuke doesn't have his paths and more to help him (and because of this we saw eye usage limitations) ex:

Current sasuke was able to use ameno without tomoe's .. pre rinnegan tomoe's disappeared when he used ameno.
Current sasuke can swap dimensions .. could easily make Naruto's ridoku balls useless and never to return.
Pretty sure CT is top dog.
Pretty sure he has all the paths (but not his style)
Susanoo has improved.
As well as amaterasu.

Naruto .. um honestly he pretty much goes off of plot and or what sasuke gains. Because he is currently rusty so current sasuke > current naruto .. fanboy aside.
Full power Vote 2 would have a better chance, though that's pretty much what he will be even if he wasn't rusty now.

He didn't need any intense training to defeat Naruto. All he needed was to rest and replenish his chakra and stamina completely. Naruto has an advantage in drawn out battles due to higher chakra reserves.

Both at full power, Naruto > Sasuke.

Naruto used a lot of chakra against Obito, the Tailed Beasts, Madara and Kaguya, but Sasuke didn't fought against Obito before becoming Juubi's Jinchuriki and the other Tailed Beasts.

Kurama used most of its chakra. Plus they were completely refreshed after Sage's chakra endowment. And Yang Kurama which spent its chakra was replaced by Yin Kurama, so even Kurama was full on reserves.

Sasuke could have won either way. Kishi just randomly made Sasuke loose his sword, and Kishi didn't even let Sasuke use his intellectual/analytical skills.

The sheer numbers would come into effect. Look at the toll it took on Naruto to help out the entire alliance against the edo's and zetsu. Individually, he can destroy them but its much harder when they are together.

Naruto would have full Kurama inside him...Sasuke would have lost out on taking it's power
Bijuu would scatter...If he attacked one, then Naruto would be alerted.
