Sasuke should have waited to fight naruto

After the Kaguya fight he knew naruto was greatly weakened from doing the majority of fighting against obito, jj madara and kaguya so he felt that was the best opportunity to kill naruto.

What sasuke should of done is 5 years intense secret training with his rinnegan, sharingan, and charka control. Also use kage shadow clone as sparring partner

Both sasuke and naruto knew each other feats like naruto had an counter ready for all sasuke moves. Sasuke couldn't of beat a weakened naruto who had full Intel on all his moves and naruto knew the basis of alot of rinnegan techniques as well. Sasuke should know naruto in war arc was pretty powerful and was closest ninja to have near unlimited charka. Sasuke need new feats to get naruto cornered and to ultimately beat naruto he needed take less charka doing his best techniques whilst having a few new level techniques on the sage of sixth paths level or greater which naruto has never seen before

Mostly agreed. If Sasuke waited to get more adapted with his rinne he probably would've won especially since he would have his sword but plot is plot. Plot won't allow Sasukes to initiate his plan even he did beat Naruto.

Sasuke is my favorite character but he's never meant to beat naruto 1v1 when they are really serious. I see sasuke as a stronger vegeta comparison. i still don't know how during their first fight at VOTE when they clashed how neither one lost an arm then,(much less how sasuke was able to walk away with a "win"). Both at full power, Naruto > Sasuke.

Naruto used a lot of chakra against Obito, the Tailed Beasts, Madara and Kaguya, but Sasuke didn't fought against Obito before becoming Juubi's Jinchuriki and the other Tailed Beasts.

He had planned to kill the 5 Kage and be a worldly symbol of hate & a target to the entire world--his idea of being a Kage by uniting the entire world in order to aim at one person & endure their hatred. Like what the Hidden Leaf did to Itachi he was going to do for everyone. Basically the same thing Obito did only with different intentions. The 5 villages rallied together & set aside their differences in order to defeat a single target: Obito. Only rather than a war he'd simply be a target of everyone's hate so it doesn't vent onto each other and continue their alliance.

Maybe the anime will show differently, but during that fight I seen neiether side using any analytics at all. Just a straight 1v1 brawl, naruto is very clever though so I think he would have out smarted sasuke just based on previous stated facts that naruto basically knew everything sasuke was capable. Sasuke is my fav, but Nahrootoe is always gonna be better

Sasuke could kill the Kages when ever he wants, naruto was his obstacle. if he waited and then killed naruto. He could go into each village and kill the Kage low diff, his footsteps means he could get it done in under a day. The Kages could of waited

Based on current manga info, Sasuke still has alot of room to grow with new rinnegan, sharingan and charka control. Naruto has potentially lost rsm mode and didnt bother learn any of the second or fourth techniques. Sasuke potential wasn't even close to being reached in the end of shippuden. That's why he should of waited then he mostly likely could of beat naruto mid /high diff

Not really. Naruto was the only thing standing between Sasuke and his goal of killing the kage and becoming the hated entity that would unify everyone against him.

He actually had the highest chance of success by doing it right away, when anyone with the power to help Naruto was still in IT, including the kage he planned on killing as step 2.

If Sasuke would have waited, we would have had to track down all the tailed beasts which would have drawn attention and killed off all the Kages which would have drawn even more attention. When he started killing off tailed beasts, there's a chance that naruto would be the host for more tailed beast (a stretch here I know, but possible) and gotten even stronger. It basically would have meant that Sasuke would be the new target for the Allied Shinobi force and while he is one of the strongest characters in NV, he would not have won vs. Naruto and everyone else. To your point, I think he might have had a better chance of winning 1v1 against naruto after some time training but i doubt he would have got the chance.
