They can be used to fight, to hit, to distract, etc. One hit of frog kata one shotted a pain body. Sasuke can't predict frog kata. As I said, it's not. If you add chakra to a person that fell to a genjutsu, you can disturb the person's chakra and wake him. Naruto can abosrve natural energy(adding chakra to his own internal chakra system) to help him breaking free of the genjutsu. I know how sennin mode works.

That isn't happening since your body movement stops once you get caught in Genjutsu and you can't use any technique while being in Genjutsu..​

Sasuke dodged LVL 1 sir, it was LVL 2 he couldn't keep up with and that's because I believe he can't track movement with MS like he can with 3 tomoe. I came up with that because he dodged Killer Bee with 3 tomoe but when he used MS he got hit. Same with the Raikage.

Actually, one can try to increase, disturb your chakra flow in order to wake from a genjutsu. SM is great to do it, because SM users can absorve natural energy. Naruto could then absorve natural energy to add to his own chakra system and disturb the balance, maybe waking from the genjutsu.
