He didnt know what is dragon sage mode when Kabuto showed it to him so no he didnt train it in those 3 years u "genius" . And no sasuke is no getting w/e sage mode u want to get. But if Sasue gets sage mode then Naruto will get rinnegan for sure.
Sasuke won't get sage mode, not unless Naruto gets the Rinnegan.
And it's only logical because from the beginning Naruto had the power of the body (and all his powerups were regarding his body: both SM and Kurama's chakra enhance his physical abilities) and Sasuke had the Doujutsu.
Sasuke getting SM would throw them off balance.

A theory would be... hm... that Sasuke "knew" a sage mode, and it was called Orochimaru's Cursed Mark.
The one who could master that feature in it's true form was Kabuto, the Dragon Sage Mode.
I guess it was explained based on Juugo's Kekkei Genkai.

Were did Sasuke Study Sage Mode? Sharigan can't copy Sage Mode of any kind it must be earn the hard way,Hard Work.

Itachi removed the curse mark and all the curse mark did was access Natural energy at a cost over use cause the persons body to burn up.

Sorry to tell u that's not going to happen reason why
1. Itachi sealed his snake powers
2. sasuke wasn't aware of such power unless orochimaru told him
3. Sasuke has been the most busiest ninja in this manga since his training with orochimaru and he has not taken time off since.
4. Sasuke is a doujutsu ninja there accomplishment is acquiring sage eye not sage body those traits are for physical type ninjas.

Sasuke is a special ninja and if kabuto can do it you best believe sasuke can and he just summoned a snake,he will learn how to access natural energy without the curse mark

Sure. I bet he had the time to learn that while travelin to the battlefield, makes complete sense and does'nt sound like it would be pulled out of anyones ass just for the sake of ''hurr that wud b teh cuulest ammirito guize?".

YES sasuke is gifted but he does not have the chakra level or ability to do so that's why oro and kabuto needed juugo DNA to absorb and handle nature energy so I am not kishi but from what we seen and read sasuke does not feat the bill + when would he have time to do so he has continuously been fighting since he oro and since got his new eye.

We didn't see the 4th hokage train either but he attained controlled of the biju chakra, lots of times the manga focused on naruto, it is possible that oro shared this secret with sasuke or even jugo, sasuke picked these particular people for a reason
