Naruto defeated Sasuke with Bijuu chakra and rinnegan.

If you noticed, then Naruto was using Senjutsu and chakra from Kurama along with the Yang chakra from Hagoromo. Sasuke was using the Bijuu chakra and Yin chakra from Hagoromo. With that, they came out, completely equal. (Both bleeding out, unable to move, lacking a single arm each.) So no, Naruto never bested Sasuke in a battle. Sasuke did however admit defeat on a spiritual level and most likely did it to ensure that Naruto would understand that he had given up on his revenge.

BTW, a taijutsu battle has nothing to do with chakra, FYI. He had full stamina, so yes he was full on power (for a taijutsu battle).

@bold This is the biggest flaw in your interpretation. Sasuke didn't absorb the bijuus, he absorbed the bijuus' chakra and merged them.

RSM + BM (half Kurama) + all 9 bijuus chakra + all NE Naruto = EMS + Rinnegan + 9 bijuus combined chakra (Juubi's chakra) Sasuke. Right?

But something to note here is that:
Juubi's chakra = Six Paths Yin chakra in power (since Six Paths chakra come from the same source as Juubi's chakra i.e. Juubi/Kaguya and the Yin counterpart possesses peak quality). So we can conclude that Sasuke can do whatever he did with the Juubi's chakra with his own Six Paths chakra (if he has enough). He only used bijuus' chakra at VOTE as a replacement for his own Six Paths chakra since he didn't had sufficient quantity. Using the bijuus' combined chakra will only make his reserves bigger, not stronger. And since this equation is about power, we can safely exclude this factor.

Therefore:
RSM + BM (half Kurama) + all 9 bijuus chakra + all NE Naruto = EMS + Rinnegan Sasuke [for teen versions]
RSM + BM (full Kurama) + all 9 bijuus chakra + all NE Naruto = EMS + Rinnegan Sasuke (due to Sasuke's greater chakra maturity) [for adult versions]
