Sasuke=Rusty Naruto???

I have heard this around the base for a while, but seriously who here supports this logic :wesobi: Is it really that hard just to take the author's word that they are equals now and be done with it?

So for those that are ignorant enough to adopt this logic allow me to shed some light on something.

Fact of the matter is that Kishimoto stated that Naruto and Sasuke are on par in POWER

That means in when u sum up Naruto and Sasuke's physical abilities, jutsus, even speed and fighting abilities they are both on equal ground.

Being Rusty however would refer not to power but to how one handles that power

Examples of being rusty would include dulled senses, slower reaction times, taking more effort than before to execute techniques, or even being unable to execute former maneuvers because of a degradation of skills.


Sasuke and Naruto are equal in power if Naruto is rusty then Sasuke beats Naruto, and if the opposite were true then vice versa.

Yeah, Kishi said Naruto = Sasuke in power and abilities, which remain the same regardless of rustiness. In other words, rustiness does not factor in the slightest bit in deciding how powerful they are. It only affects the utilization of power, which is irrelevant in determining power.

Well, this "something so obvious" is actually not so obvious to a lot of people mostly Naruto fans, who insisted that Rusty Naruto = Sasuke, therefore Naruto > Sasuke. Maybe looking in the mirror before commenting would be a fine idea.

Exactly that's why it makes no sense if manga facts say sasuke with all bijuus can stalemate naruto with half kurama but how can sasuke with no bijuu stalemate naruto with full kurama even if sasuke has all bijuu again and the same thing happens sasuke would lose because naruto would have more chakra towards the end of the fight and sasuke has dimension travel yes but not on kaguyas level and naruto even was fast enough to dodge kaguyas dimension travel shit also sasukes ameno and dimension travel take up a lot of chakra again giving naruto the advantage but hey kishis word is law bullshit but law

Logic agrees with Sasuke being equal to Naruto without the bijuus.

Naruto was not even rusty to begin with.

Naruto's Canonical end was chapter 699.Other than was BS for fan service.
At the end of the chapter 699,Naruto was clearly stronger than sasuke.

All it means is that Sasuke simply had more potential :| Itachi said that his eyes + rinnegan= limitless possibilities so maybe Sasuke tapped into some of that.

Seriously though even if Naruto was stronger in 699 fact of the matter is that ppl grow, things change, that's life bruh and just because we don't like something doesn't mean it's not canon
