Look at canon; he had a genjutsu battle with adult Obito and it came to a draw, and even after getting hooked by Tsukuyomi in P1, he was still able to kneel and remain conscious for much longer. This filler is basically saying Teen Sasuke's 3T Gen > Itachi's Tsukuyomi.

Kakashi has MS when he fought Obito and Both has same sharingan that's why he was on par . Kakashi only have 3 tome sharingan at that time and he got knocked cold hardly despite Sasuke sharingan have the same tomoe., Sasuke or Itachi sharingan are far superior

Honestly cannon sasuke one shots kakashi with genjutsu as well he has superior eyes at all points in the manga basically
If the 9 freaking bijuu can get kne shotted by genjutsu so can kakashi sasuke is also an actual uchiha while kakashi is borriwing the sharingans power therefore he cant hope to beat sasuke in a genjutsu battle
