Naruto in SM is stronger and faster than Sasuke with CM. Still, it's had to say, because anything can happen.

If I had to vote, then Naruto.

Sasuke's previous curse mark in part 1 was able to handle a 1 or 2 tailed or 3 tailed fox Naruto.

So in shippuden, Sasuke should be even better with it since he has more techniques and control. But Naruto cant stay in Sage mode forever. And sasuke can fly, and use various techniques from the air, but i doubt he'll hit a Sage mode naruto. But without Sharingan, his curse mark, isn't that effective, So Naruto might win

Naruto takes this with relative ease. By taking aways sasuke's sharingan you basically took away most of his strength. If you allowed naruto to have sage mode than you should at least let sasuke have his basic sharingan.
