It cannot be the perfect susano because his own is already complete as it is now, if you realise madara's almost perfect susano had no armour covering. The rinnegan, no, even madara the best of the uchiha awakened it just before he died. Just maybe a new EMS techique probably something to do with amaterasu.

The only other thing i can think of is... if he can control people just like uchiha shisui but i think shisui can only control one person at a time with his genjustsu but this new power is not genjutsu it controls a lot of shinobi at the same time and make them fight others etc.

yes but that cannot be his new jutsu... the perfect susano will come when he is fully understands the uchiha power and able to use all his abilities
