So what do you think the new jutsu is that sasuke found????

It could be the ability to paralyse your opponents or prevent them from using jutsus...

.. but i think it is something to do with time... to slow down time make everything around you go into slow motion so sasuke can strike a killing blow to the opponents.

Maybe. But this jutsu was created by orochimaru probably not intended for sasuke so maybe. sugietsu did say this jutsu will change the war but did not mention only sasuke can use it.
