Hard to say who would win when their only fight had an Edo (Itachi) to help and they couldn't go all out. With the amount of jutsu's Kabuto had and shown I'd have to give it to him. Sasuke hasn't done anything new with his EMS.

You also have to take into consideration the move sets. Kabuto has a great arsenal for capturing. I do not see how you can truly capture someone with the Flames of Amaterasu.

I think that Sasuke could've beaten Kabuto. I mean, Kabuto wanted to surpass Orochimaru, but he failed in that. If Sasuke can kill Itachi and Orochimaru, than he sure can kill Kabuto. Not an easy task, but he can. Only Itachi stole his spotlight. Am I right?

There is something you guys don't understand , and that is everyone who makes a team with Itachi became automatically an amateur , remember Naruto KCM how he is afraid and doesn't know what to do while with his speed and power , he shouldn't act like that.

Sasuke would have gotten owned by Kabuto had it not been for solo king Itachi. If he can't hold against Kabuto, what chance does he have vs Juubi??
