True, Sasuke travels the world, but I don't think he would engage in a relationship with any girl. He's Asexual; doesn't care about these stuff. Plus, he has a daughter, that would be bad for him image in front of her if you know what I mean.

It's more of a adapt thing, Salada won't have the Uchiha last name anymore if she marries, but her kids would still have the genes of the Sharingan.
