the team that's not akatsuki will win. sasuke and naruto can beat any of the akatsuki and jiraiya, kakashi, and gaara can beat most of them. i would argue that jiraiya could beat any of them but then i would get flamed so i wont argue that. itachi is killed by sasuke. nagato is killed by naruto. and then the rest can be dealt with accordingly with the help of naruto and sasuke.

akatsuki loses. if sasuke has ems, that means itachi doesnt have his eyes so he is dead. pain will lose to naruto and j-man sage mode tag team. kakashi can warp sasori, hidan and konan away. kakuzu will be on gard for rasenshuriken, but now tht he can throw it, kakuzu might not survive.

naruto and others win because they are superior then akatsuki......I mean there are the main characters with main and strongest powers...people that have create jutsus and tecniques...jman,naruto,sasuke...too much power

I'd have to say Akatsuki wins. Because they're all S-rank nin whereas Team Naruto isn't.

Shikamaru, Neji and Karin are too weak compared to the others. It won't take much to defeat them. Suigetsu on the other hand is better

So I'd match them up like this:
Sasuke v Itachi
Naruto v Nagato with Konan for back-up
With Madara supervising both of these battles and interfering only when he needs to

Gaara v Deidara again. I think Deidara is slightly stronger than Gaara without the Shukaku
Itachi can use his tsukuyomi to take out Kakashi. Zetsu can replenish chakra

Kisame would best Suigetsu. Since imo Samehada > Zabuza's blade
Hidan + Sasori + Kakuzu would then battle J-man

Zetsu would act as back-up in each one of the battles, creating clones where necessary
And in a dire situation Madara would use his s/t to defend any of his comrades.

Do we include Kabuto?

I'll add that Madara's s/t jutsu can take out Neji + Karin + Shikamaru in the same way he took out Fu and Torune
