Maito Gai. He has developed a battle style specifically to combat Sharingan users. He focuses on their feet to determine their movements. He is also incredibly fast, faster than Bee is. Bee wrecked Sasuke, in a 4 v. 1 battle. Gai would own him. 6,7 Gates owned Kisame twice.

Not sure, I'm not sure if Gai's strength is enough to break through Susanoo completly. Sasuke is fast enough I believe to keep up with Gai's movments. To you're argument Heretic, he didn't us MS at the beginning of the match against Bee, only primary Sharingan. It wasn't until he was supposed to have died for the second time in the fight (I believe) that he actually used his MS.

Sasuke with out a question he can read all his movements guy is not faster then raikage and sasuke was able to keep up with him and not to mention sasuke susanoo guy has no chance no hope

I believe you are right; Bee was also an incredibly large target to hit with amaterasu.

Gai is pretty underpowered IMO, because of his personality as well. Itachi has even claimed to not underestimate Gai's ferocity in battle.

I still think Gai takes this.
