Under those circumstances, Itachi wins this.
Itachi held back on their last fight. Keep in mind that Itachi was sick, his eyesight was already deteriorated --after the many uses of MS in the past few years-- and Kakashi himself said so in the manga when the sand dude --I think his name was Yura (sp?), back when Akatsuki captured Gaara-- was turned into a clone of Itachi via white Zetsu, and he was also holding back since his original plan was to push Sasuke in a corner and make him get rid of Orochimaru.
But one can not forget Sasuke's feats, yet in their battle the sick Itachi had the upper hand. One can only imagine what Itachi could do should he wanted to kill Sasuke and being on his prime; Sublime all out massacre and after that Itachi would make Sasuke ribs and steaks in an Amaterasu BBQ for everyone in Narutoverse. xd

Sasuke steak and sasuke ribs . . . Wonder if Sasuke tastes like chicken (well he is one, don't know if he tastes like one). Well ultimately only Naruto knows what Sasuke tastes like. And I'm sure Sasuke want's to keep it that way!!!
Oh yeah Itachi so easily for the win it's not funny!!!

itachi was holding back while he was sick. so once he's in full health then he already won then he's not holding back? oh yeah, sasuke is done for!! it's not even worth negotiating unless someone can tell me otherwise.

It was clearly stated that itachi could have won from ANY time he chose to. Whether it be tsukuyomi, taijutsu or whatever. Itachi could have won at any moment.

Itachi was expecting sasuke to have the ms when they fought clearly indicating he had a counter to every ms jutsu. Forget about the eyes and itachi outclasses sasuke in every ninja department except stamina

Itachi easily. Danzo, Tobi and even Sasuke himself admitted how much of an expert Itachi was with MS and that Sasuke was long ways off from getting to that kind of level.

His Katons are as good as Itachis, but he has some powerful Ritons too. Sasuke is more talented with Ninjutsu than his brother, hence his Amaterasu is superior. Its the other way around with Genjutsu and Tsukiyomi.

I will give him that. But overall Sasukes Ninjutsu > Itachis Ninjutsu.

Nope. Totsuuka has to pierce through something in order to seal it. I dont think it would be able to pierce through fully formed Susanoo.

I disagree greatly , Sasuke has more Ninjutsu including lightning ... Yes he does, Better than Itachi NO, you're taking away the experience factor. The only reason Sasuke's Firball seemed to be more powerful than Itachi is due to 3 reasons :

1. Sasuke's CM
2. Itachi's Sickness
3. Itachi was focusing on two things, getting Amaterasu ready, and having to keep the Fireball while doing that.

Sasuke has MILES to go before reaching Itachi's level. also if Itachi didn't make a clone when they were doing their Shuriken clash, he would've over powered Sasuke's Shurikens. that whole fight Itachi was doing 2 things at a time. while letting Sasuke do whatever Jutsu he wanted.

Now Totsuka blade will be able to seal Sasuke's Susano along with Sasuke him self, Why? Tatsuka blade is an ethereal blade that pierces through anything, see it's not actually hitting the person it goes through him. ( see below )

It is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anyone it pierces.

Yeah as long as Itachi is actually fighting to win then he takes this.

His Susanoo is better, his Tsukuyomi is infinitely better, the only thing Sasuke has is better control of Amaterasu. Which wouldn't do anything to Susanoo anyway.

Itachi is faster, smarter, better at taijutsu and genjutsu. Itachi has the elemental advantage of water over fire, whereas Sasuke's lightning is not strong or weak to water or fire.

Sasuke doesn't have any advantages except his chidori sword. Which didn't help him much in the last fight when Itachi was almost blind and near dead.

Sasuke doesn't stand a chance.

itachi with difficulty. if he intends to kill, than sasuke cant stand a chance. we all seen him hold back and still won almost every match we seen him fight and brought sasuke to zero chakra.
