The manga shows that Kirin is the speed of light. As soon as Kirin appeared it automatically hit Itachi. You only get to glance at it. Itachi manged to conjure up Susano'o in that time in order to nullify critical damage.
Susano'o has shown the ability to spawn nearly instantly as well, contrary to popular belief. Look at every manga page where Susano'o appeared. It literally forges almost as fast as light.

its been a while Bo bo but i seen your arguments there terrible amaterasu ends this for minato considering he doesnt even have an ftg set also sasuke will see the chakra in the ftg so he knows anywhere minato will go

1. Not saying he can't. Enton =/= Amaterasu. Read my post more thoroughly.
2. Minato cannot simply sit back and "watch Sasuke in his shield" or anything like that. Minato has a chakra limitation as well, Minato has a limitation on FTG depending on how many seals/kunai he has available. All Sasuke needs to do is force Minato's hand by making him expend these resources. Sasuke's arsenal that includes Susano'o and Blaze Release Magatama is capable of this. What is Minato going to do with a barrage of Amaterasu at him? What about Sasuke's chidori variants?
Minato isn't going to be able to just sit idly by while Sasuke wastes his chakra. You must be assuming Sasuke is an idiot.
3. Sasuke doesn't have to specifically designate Minato. Kirin has the radius and horsepower to hit Minato as long as he's in the battle area. And with the speed Kirin has shown he likely wouldn't be able to get out in time. If Minato is even CLOSE to the battlefield he'd be demolished.

By the way, anyone saying "Minato can outlast Sasuke" isn't reading the same manga as I am. Sasuke has superior chakra reserves, being of the Uchiha Clan and showing the ability to use Susano'o and Chidori (two jutsu that puts tremendous strain on the user's body and chakra might I add) multiple times a day without heavy fatigue.
Sasuke is a tactical genius. He didn't suddenly lose that trait over night. He's not simply going to sit there while he exerts his chakra. Compare Sasuke's repertoire to Minato's. Sasuke is more versatile so therefore he can do more than Minato. If anything Sasuke has a far greater chance to outlast Minato than he does Sasuke.

He also took a break, and even then, he overall used Amaterasu about 4-5 times MAX. And he nearly went blind. Remember, I'm not debating who's stronger between the two. I just proved that Minato could summon the toads, besides, Minato could dodge Amaterasu.
