It's obvious the two frogs know of Minato, so it's safe to assume he knows them as well. Since he can summon toads, it makes sense he could summon Ma and Pa as well.

I've been trying to explain this to them for almost 30 minutes but they dont accept it. they believe Sasuke can use his Genjutsu straight through trees and rocks right into Minato's eyes when he's hiding somewhere waiting for his oppertunity..
