sasuke is stronger than minato... he is smarter tham him (its been confirmed that sasuke/uchiha clan are the top and sasuke is a true genius). minato cant fight susano and he dont have enough time to throw his kunai before sasuke attack him with amaterasu... also its been confirmed that the shringan can see chakra flow evan in the most smallest things (like deidara C4)
so if minato will try to teleport him self its should be easy to sasuke to just use his sharingan to follow his chakra flow and find out where he is going to teleport himself. also i dont see minato can get any close to sasuke now that he have full susano. minato is a close range batlle and sasuke is master of both (long range: amaterasu susano arrow and fire style) (close range: lighting style blaze realese and susano).

my argument is correct: 1) tell me how can minato attack sasuke when he use susano (he can spam do to a large chakra amount) and perfect susano all the time? 2) sasuke is a genius and we was witness to this in all of his fights (against deidara, danzo and evan against itachi.) evan during the 3 years of training he always planned his next move: he chose his group (the taka group) and waited for oruchimaru to be weak so he can kill him and run away... 3) as i said sharingan is one of the most usefull kekai genkai... it can read and understand all jutsu exist (accept bloodline one) sharingan user can see the opponent next move before he evan did it by see his chakra flow. now if minato use the FTG jutsu all sasuke need to do is to follow his chakra flow and then he know where minato gonna stop (minato tactic is first spamm with his kunai and than use FTG to suprise the enemy that would not work on an uchiha) and since minato will not be able to touch sasuke due to his susano minato wont be able to mark sasuke and by that he wont be able to use his suprise attack.
4)sasuke master both long range jutsu and short range while minato can use only short range which add sasuke a few "points" and advantages to the fight.
5) sasuke win in the fight
