Yea exactly Itachi had them....Which means...Sasuke has them now because he has Sasuke's eyes
It's not clear whether they are transferred through the eyes or not.
I don't think so.
Whatever Itachi did to use them with Susanoo does not mean that they are an ocular skill only nor that they are sealed within his eyes.

If they are ethereal, then they were lost/dropped when Itachi died.

In this case he would be unbeatable. Yatas mirror will repel all atacks and with an additional Amaterasushield physical attacks become impossible. Amaterasu arrows (short and long range) and Totsuka as the ultimately offensive/sealing weapon, and we have an ultimately weapon.

Would be nice but I don't think that e will obtain them. Yatas mirror on the other hand would be useful for Narutos offensive power.

There really is no possibility for Sasuke to have all three treasures. For one, it would OP him terribly high and make him invincible even against Naruto's new form. Sasuke's EMS will be immensely powerful to combat Narutos new awakening but he wont have the three treasures.

One reason why is because those weapons are in the possession of Itachi himself. The weapons are not part of the ocular doujutsu that comes with the Mangekyou Sharingan, they are given to the Susanoo from the user itself. The treasures can be manipulated in more ways aside from Susanoo utilization. They have to be able to be integrated on any user, meaning even those without Sharingan otherwise others would not have searched for them.

Sasuke implanting EMS granted him infinite ocular usage without 'losing the light' and possibly the combination of Itachi's Susanoo. However it would just be the Susanoo and not the weapons because the weapons belong to the original user and not the Susanoo. Why? Because think of it this way: Orochimaru clearly did not have Sharingan and Susanoo at his disposal. Yet he still searched his life to find those weapons for his own use. This implies that the weapons are not made only for Uchihas and Susanoo, they are legendary weapons that are ethereal and possibly bound by a jutsu to be used by anyone. Oro wouldnt go searching for those weapons if they were bound to Sharingan or Uchihas only.

That being said, Itachi has those weapons bound to him by a jutsu or seal so he can use it with his Susanoo. Ocular powers are transferred with EMS but not the modifications made from the user. Otherwise it would completely contradict a number of things and throw Naruto logic out the window.

I'll be fast: Sasuke can't posses those 2 items. Why? Because by transfering Itachi's eyes to him he only transfered his ocular powers and nothing else? And by ocular power I reffer to Susano, amaterasu etc. When Itachi summoned his Susano in his fight vs Naruto , the susano wasnt holding any weapon or shield. So my theory is that Itachi stored those 2items somehow somewhere and he could summon them aswell on susano, or that Susano itself would summon the items.
I like where you're going with this. It is my opinion that totsuka and yata where integrated into Itachi's chakra. Thus, he could materialize them at will. However, since it was a huge sword and shield, it only made since for him to materialize it in his Susanoo's hands (only effective way to maneuver them).

 It's all speculation though...only Kishi knows the truth.

We all know Itachi has the Totsuka sword and Yata Mirror, and upon his death he knew Saskue will take his eyes to gain further power. Itachi also transferred all his eye abilities to Saskue. So would he transfer these items too, and does kishi want to make Saskue invincible, or maybe the artifacts have a weakness we dont know about.

Key thing Im wondering though is, if Itachi didnt transfer them to Saskue, where are they now. Tobi took Itachis body and I dont think Itachi would want Tobi to possess those upon his death so you can bet he hid them somewhere making them very hard to access. You wouldn't expect them to disappear altogether though being legendary objects.

Even discounting everything I've and everyone else has said about Sasuke gaining them, there is still the matter of them being HAX. This isn't a case where it's just a character's opinion that something/someone is invincible. Kishimoto states that in the article for Itachi's Susanoo:

"There is a reason this Susanoo boasts absolute perfection in both offence and defenceโ€” That reason is the Sacred Treasures he holds in both hands. In his right hand is the Totsuka Sword that will strike down any kind of enemy and the shield in his left hand is the Yata Mirror that will reflect all attacks. Whether they be material or spiritual, ninjutsu or physical attacks, they all lose their meaning before this god's potency."

[picture of the gourd as the Totsuka Sword appears from it]

" โ†‘ Sake flows from the gourd, taking on the shape of a sword and transforming into the Totsuka Sword! The souls absorbed by the sword are also sealed in there. "

"In his left and right hands are the unparalleled Sacred Treasures of miraculous efficacy."

The Totsuka Sword
[picture of Orochimaru being sealed into the Totsuka Sword]

โ† "It is a type of Kusanagi Sword, equipped with the power to throw the person it stabs into a genjutsu world of drunken dreams, sealing them for all eternity. The sword itself carries a fลซinjutsu."

The Yata Mirror

โ†’ "The incorporeal shield of the "Sacred Treasures". Endowed with all nature transformations, it can change its own characteristics depending on the characteristics of the attack it receives, making the technique ineffective. "

Even though the DBs are a bit allegorical, they aren't wrong. Even with Naruto's even greater OPness, is resorting to these ultimate HAXes going to piss more people off than would be happy?

Correctly if I'm wrong but haven't we already seen Sasuke's Susanoo and he didn't have them

now if we look at itachi he doesn't materialize them out of nothing he has them from the very second he summons his Susanoo

in this pic ^ we see what i think is the mirror at the bottom right and can't see his other hand

and if you don't like the first pic of the mirror here is another one ^

And in this pic ^ the second we see his other hand we see that he has the Sword

Well said, though you beat me to it. Regardless, a +rep is the least I can do.
