When did Sasuke not want to use the Curse Seal? At first, he used it in rage. It flowed onto him. But Kakashi warned him that it was no good, so he tried to contain it. However, later down the line as his thirst for power improved. He accepted the pill from the Sound Ninja and willingly accepted the Curse Seal, and spent years with it, honing his training and mastering it. The only reason Sasuke lost the seal is because Itachi forced it out of him, but Sasuke himself never stated that he waned it removed.
I have a feeling that the seals are probably not permanent though. Boruto in the flash forward is probably 16 years old, the same age as Naruto and Sasuke at the start of Shippuden. So he'll probably have it until Kawaki (and the Otsutsuki's) are done with.
...Are you serious? When Sasuke started using the seal, he used it in every battle. Even beforehand, he used it to defeat Naruto before leaving Konohagakure. In Part 2: Used it against Deidara, used it against Orochimaru, and used it against Itachi (and he lost it here). There's no doubt in my mind that Sasuke would continue using the seal if he had it.
He was good with it too. That's why Hebi Sasuke was so damn versatile, he had lightning techniques, snake techniques (/w the seal), and Uchiha techniques.
I don't really understand what this means. For one, yeah I think it is. When have we ever seen a main character who doesn't like to work hard or train? Secondly, they state it multiple times that he didn't want to work hard or train. I mean one of his team members literally

lol.
I don't really understand your grip with him. He's literally done nothing wrong.... I mean he's a child. Really don't understand the perspective for him (or any other young character) who is naive from one certain point of view. Yes, Boruto had a learn a lot to mature. But most kids do too.
Anyway I think Boruto earned his stripes as the Movie was playing going on. I mean he's a Ninja Prodigy, so he learns fast. I dunno if we'll see him working extremely hard, but so far he has learned a lot in his short time from becoming a Genin.
Though I have no doubt in my mind that he's going to continue to surprise us from now on!
