I chuckled. But your comparison is wrong. He DID lose RSM cloak, because the Bijuus couldn't communicate then, which is why he couldn't recreate it after it got destroyed. His TSBs disappeared as well. But, he's the meeting place, so he gained their chakra through Ninshuu again. That's all there is to it.
