Put as the image shows in the first panel, when sakura noticed sasuke there was not sight of naruto but when they shows the second panel naruto came second.

Like I had explain in my thread, Sasuke used Sunshin to match or surpassed brutal speed that Naruto has.

Sushins counts the same as FTG in the raikage vs minato conflict, minato was faster because of FTG in their rivalty.

In the image naruto and sasuke where running at the same time *paces* just that sasuke reacted faster and reached after thnx to sunshin than naruto.

It doesn't actually confirm he used Body Flicker at all. That will be a waste of chakra then. You're telling me that Naruto's speed feat against A and the 5 TBBs was absolute retconning?
Body Flicker is ninjutsu that create a short burst speed depending on chakra. FTG is a Space Time Ninjutsu that uses the Seal placed that created instant teleportation. It didn't showed or confirmed that Naruto came second. Why he state that he was there? Kishimoto's purpose of this page is to establish the nostalgic running gag of Team 7, which includes that every time Sasuke does something, Sakura always states "Sauke-Kun!."

That's not full KCM. You can tell by the lack of decals down Naruto's shirt. Naruto is in probably, the lowest level of KCM just so he could use the Rasenshuriken. Remember, he doesn't have much of his own personal chakra left. All the chakra he has now is drawing directly from Kurama. *_*

I think Kishimoto set up a funny moment where they both arrive and Sakura only notices Sasuke when they arrive and Naruto gets jealous. That's why Naruto wasn't within sight in the panel before.

In any case, we need more proof if we're gonna say that Sasuke is faster in any way. I think it's impossible since he couldn't keep up with a full-powered A and just recovered from his surgery. Unless he trained when he was blind, there's no way he increased his speed.

Kurama is currently molding chakra, which is why Naruto can't gain full access to his chakra. Him being exhausted simply means he's in his lowest level of KCM, or do you not realize that.

Also, my logic makes perfect sense, the fact that Sasuke went all out to save Sakura means he acknowledged Naruto's weakened state. He even made note of his powerful chakra in the latest chakra. Sasuke has always been faster in his base. Naruto got KCM and his speed was enhanced (base speed*enhancement factor)
In simple raw foot speed its ok for them to be equal, however naruto probably can spend more chakra in shunshin to get faster.
