Kakashi could probably handle beginning-of-part-2 Sasuke. Any version of Sasuke past that point would give him difficulty or overwhelm him. Kamui is given too much credit as it's rarely been used on non linear targets.

Why would Danzo compare an off brand Genjutsu to Itachi's superior Tsukuyomi? Unless it's the same genjutsu, just weaker.
