Not every MS is the same...otherwise Obito would have Amaterasu and Susanoo etc. but it's possible since it's Itachi's eyes, just hasn't been shown yet...what you're doing is 100% assumption. And even if the cases which you showed were tsukiyomi he has no feats with it so we dont even know what he's capable of with it...

Why would Danzo compare an off brand Genjutsu to Itachi's superior Tsukuyomi? Unless it's the same genjutsu, just weaker.

i said above tsukyomi chances r more.
but in this base only i have read threads like madara dont have tsukyomi.

secondly i believe danzo hav never saw itachi's ms.he slaughter his own kin and ran away.
maybe oro has told about itachi's ms 2 danzo.
