Basically what happened was is that Sasuke told fodder that he runs this shit now. Naruto, being a super sensitive moron is insulted and tries to make Team 7 feel better by insulting throwing random comebacks. It's the same when Tobirama dissed the UChiha but Sasuke didn't take it the wrong but HAshirama did. Sasuke does not like things sugar coated.
