I dont recall anyone saying he has more offensive capabilities. They are pretty even right now. With Juugo's help from the curse seal, he has nature energy. Mix that with the defense of Susano'o and blaze release around it. There is noone I can think of that can get past that.

OT: He is relevant to the main character, so he is needed. Besides, how would they alliance be alive without the help of Sasuke (Reviving Kages to help)

2) They beat him TOGETHER. Sasuke would not have won on his own. Victory wouldn't have happened without the both of them because neither the BM Cloak nor Susano'o were strong enough to beat Obito on their own. Sasuke wouldn't have been able to touch him without Naruto's BM, and Naruto wouldn't have been able to break the shield without Sasuke's Susano'o.

None of them are needed, K11 are a poor substitute for clones and the susanoo sword is a poor substitute for bijuu dama

Its ultimately the senjutsu chakra which is doing the damage, a mega bijuudama with senjutsu in the mix would blast obito into obblivion but that won't do cause bonds and friendship themse need to be shown
