Sasuke is literally way too powerful. But I like that since he's badass. The guy has Rinnegan that's on Hagoromo's level if not higher. He has EMS. He has chakra skill equal to the sage. His Rinnegan can solo glance all beings and also open portals to other worlds. Heck he can probably summon souls or open doorways to Heaven like Hagoromo. This guy is literally God now. He's biologically immortal. He can use Hell Realm to reconstruct his body to make him younger.

How are you comparing his chakra skill and rinnegan level to Hagoromo with no basis to compare to. Hagoromo barely has any feats, besides creating the moon, defeating Juubi, and using Nunoboko to shape the shinobi world.

One of Hagoromo's ultimate feats was the creation of bijuu, it required shaping form out of chakra, which Sasuke did within a few hours after awakening the dojutsu, his level of skill is so good Kurama compared it to the Sage's.

Standard rinnegan doesn't shut down completely after overusing one technique. Sasuke's rinnegan and MS shut down if he over uses one technique even if he has plenty of chakra left.

So yes his rinnegan isn't superior.
